In early 2024, several studies on the prevalence of PFAs and microplastics in teabags were published. I love drinking chamomile tea before bed, and didn't want to give up that evening ritual. In order to reduce my exposure to these particles and forever chemicals, I began blending my own organic sleepytime tea. I gave jars of my homemade tea to friends and family, who loved it so much that I began to consider making it on a larger scale. Thus, Eden Leaf Tea Co. was born.

Shortly thereafter, I began to experiment with new herbal blends based on the needs of myself and my friends and family. I crafted an Immunitea blend to treat a cold. I developed a pregnancy blend when my sister-in-law became pregnant with her first child. And as I learned more about my own hormonal health, I began to treat my own hormonal imbalances with herbs such as white peony root and vitex berry.

Each bag of tea is blended by hand and packed with care in North Carolina. I source high quality herbs and blend my teas not only for taste, but also for maximum health benefits. Every ingredient is organic or wild harvested and sourced from reputable vendors who take pride in the quality and sustainability of their ingredients.
